let's eat veges and fruits in season!
















Do you care to eat seasonal food in daily life?

Now, we can eat any fruits and veges whenever you want because they are grown in a vinyl house.

But we should eat seasonal fruits and veges more.


Compared with unseasonal food, seasonal food contain a lot of nutritian, cheaper, delicious, and less chemicals.

Spring has almost gone, so I focus on veges in summer.

Veges and fruits in summer have an effect of cool our body and contain lots of vitaminC.

    I totally agree with you.it's better to eat seasonal food.
    I looove onion in season. It's very sweet and also much nutrition.

    I would like to suggest you to make summer curry with seasonal veggies such as tomato, onion, and so on :)

    I work at Japanese bar and chief often serve normal curry after I wrok, so I rarely have a chance to make summer curry^^; But i will try it someday!! Thanks!!!!!!!!
