recipe for vegetarian and vegan

Hi, today is a very hot day!!!!! I will have ice cream today!!!!! I should!!! lol

BTW, we learned about vegetarianism and we did 24 hours vegetarian challenge.
I became vegan and it was very hard for me. I could not eat any animal products, but I wanted to eat meat. So I searched food for vegan on the internet and I found good recipe.



Can u guess what it is?

It is fried chicke......no, fried tofu. but taste and texture is like chicken nugget.

You chould use cotton tofu, silken tofu is too soft to make it.
At first, you have to freese tofu. and after thaw, plz juice tofu well. by juicing well, the texture become like chicken.

then, you season tofu same as fried chicken and fried.

↓this is my recipe of seasoning

soy sauce: two teaspoon
sake:two tea spoon
ginger: 1/2 of teasopoon
garlic: 1/2 of teaspoon
(sugar: one tea spoon)←if you like


it tastes similar to chicken nugget, but calories are half of fried chicken, and it is not oily,it is light, so even if you have a poor appetite because of the heat, you can eat.
in summer, i recommend to eat fried tofu with grated raddish.:-)

it will get hotter and hotter from now, so if you know good recipe for summer heat, plz tell me.

    I know some sweets for began. no milk, no egg.
    the tip to make taste good, I reccomend maple cirop. flavor is great!
