great party night

I had a girls' party last week. The members were my friends Yu and Akiko.

The place where we had a party was my apartment, so I had to make somthing to treat them. I had no idea of dishes, so I asked them if you have some request of dinner. Yu answered she wanted me to suprise her by dishes, and Akiko answered she wanted to eat Western food. So I decided to make paella. Paella is Spanish dishes and very colorful, so I thought they had to enjoy not only taste but also looking.

To make Paella sounds difficult, but my mother taught me how to make it easily.:-9

☆Ingredients☆
・2 cups of rice
・some vegetables(whatever you like)

・two teaspoonful of turmeric

and....

this one, this is a secret to make paella easily.

By using pasta sauce, you don't have to add any seasoning.

Just put everything in the rice cooker and make rice as usual.(Of course plz add water. Just pasta sauce is not enough to make rice)

This time, I made it by frying pan.

Predictably, my friends were so surprised and enjoyed to eat.

Yu brought wine made from cherry blossoms. it was so nice!!

I love girls' party !!!!!:-D

  1. Ooooh, that's a cool secret for making paella! I'll have to try it the next time I have my girlfriends over for dinner. The question is, should I tell them your secret trick or let them believe I spent hours making it from scratch? ;0)

I think to share the secret is better because your friends will be able to make paella easily as well. They must enjoy paella from now on.
